At Estetica Lounge, implant treatment is built around structure, not shortcuts. We don’t sell “packages” or one-size solutions. Every case is planned individually — based on bone quality, bite, facial proportions, and long-term stability. The goal is not just to replace missing teeth, but to rebuild a system that works, looks natural, and lasts.

Before any procedure, we carry out full diagnostics, including 3D imaging and blood tests. This allows us to evaluate bone volume, density, and overall health, and to plan treatment safely and precisely. Implant dentistry is not about placing screws — it is about controlled planning from surgery to final restoration.

What we offer in Dental Implants

Implants in one day
In selected cases, we apply immediate loading protocols, allowing implants to be placed and temporary fixed teeth delivered within 1–3 days. This is not suitable for every patient — it requires sufficient bone quality and primary stability — but when indicated, it eliminates the “no teeth” phase and allows patients to leave with a functional and aesthetic temporary solution.

Multiple implants
For patients missing several teeth, we design implant-supported restorations that restore both function and balance. The placement is calculated to distribute нагрузку правильно, avoiding overloading and long-term complications. It’s not about placing more implants — it’s about placing them correctly.

Full arch restoration (All-on-4 / All-on-6)
A complete rehabilitation of the upper or lower jaw using 4 or 6 strategically placed implants. This solution is designed for patients with full tooth loss or severely compromised dentition. It replaces removable dentures with fixed teeth, restoring chewing ability, speech, and facial support. The design is always case-specific — implant position, angulation, and prosthetic outcome are planned together.

Bone grafting
When bone volume is insufficient, grafting procedures are used to rebuild the foundation for implant placement. This step is critical for long-term success. Without adequate bone support, implant stability and integration are compromised. We use controlled techniques to create the right conditions for predictable results.

Sinus lifting
In the upper jaw, especially in the posterior region, bone height is often limited due to the maxillary sinus. Sinus lifting increases available bone volume, allowing proper implant placement. This is a precise surgical procedure that directly impacts long-term implant stability in these areas.

Implant-supported crowns (zirconium / E-max)
The final stage of treatment is the prosthetic restoration. Zirconium crowns are used for strength and durability, particularly in load-bearing areas. E-max restorations are chosen for superior aesthetics in visible zones. The material is selected based on function and position — not preference or price.
